Racing in the US is starting to make a big downfall with all the sanctions, Egos etc most manafactures and racers are finding out its not worth there effort. Overseas were they take racing very serious and generate public interest is were most of the manafactures are looking at, One the dollar is stronger in Europe then it is here, they have one racing association OSS. In order for racing to work in the States again all the associations have to join forces and make it work under one racing association like it was years ago. There is nothing worst then going to a race and seeing 20 boats racing or going to a race that is sanctioned by one boat manafacture and stating he has the fastest boats in the world, this only makes people pull away. I miss Donzi Racing in the States but if things don't change you wont see manafactures getting involved.
