I believe it was recomended to talk to someone at Sunsation if he did not want to be treated like he was the guy trading in a Pinto at the Mercedez dealer! If I worked at Donzi, I would ask OSO to remove this thread!!

All the Donzi boats are awsome and in my opinion have the best lines and looks out there, not to mention i'd put my 03 28zx up against any 28 in the rough stuff. The 38zr well thats just 38ft of awsome.
The "after the sale treatment" has been bad since i bought my first one in 2004. No one is immune to problems, it's all about how you handle them, and so far Donzi gets a big fat F on both of my boats. But I haven't made a hate thread about it, maybe i should, maybe then Donzi will do the right thing.

Thats too bad SnG...specially in this economy...that issue alone could put a decent company out of business the way things are right now!!!!
Anyone heard from Andy about the progress of his boat??

That's the point, you won't need any factory work.

All I will say is that I am sticking with Donzi. Nothing else needs to be said about that. All I know is that I will have the nicest 27 ZR Donzi has ever built.

Can't wait to see it!

Are you gonna have some build pics to share, or wait for a "grand unveiling"?

I think you should hang with donzi.Donzi,s are Donzi,s.They are nicer then sunnysations.Sunsations while lighter use less fuel and are faster but,Donzi,s are more solid and heavyer and take ruffer water better(size for size). My 28zx with its single 600hp ran with the 32 sunnsations with twin 496 that run up here in MD.While My top speed was 75gps the suns can go 83.I was still able to run in the big water with them.Donzi has been known for its Z-CARE service which donzi owners call Z-U-LATER.Good and bad storys around.

I guess you are a gluten for punishment. I have been following this thread from the beginning and there have been several times you have said.....I will wait till next week and see what happens.......just get it in your head that your 2009, I mean 2010 or whatever year they say it is, boat will not get splashed till 2010. Any sooner and something went wrong. I too like the lines of the Donzi but would not have put up with this by them or any other manufacturer. Again, Good Luck!
