Default Supercharging the Twins

Got a hankering for a winter project. Want to know if anyone has put the m112 supercharger on a 350 mag. I know i would need bigger injectors, the computers retuned and a custom aftercooler and belt drive set ups. My motors only have 100 hours on them. Probably wouldnt hurt to refresh them but don't know how necssary that would be. I only want to run a max of 8 psi. Just lookin for some pointers from the knowledgeable

Default fixx

dont know if you have the 555 pcm's which are nontuneable.
a guy on donzi.net put a pair of 406's in his 28 with carbs,i think he is running in the high 80's..also your bottom end wont handle 8 psi of boost.

Yeah def not going to push 8 psi more like 5 or 6 hell those m112 Chargers are small they would be struggling to keep up at8 anyway. I dont know how long the bottom end will hold up at five but only one way to find out

I had my 6.2 worked over and added a Whipple to it, made 595hp and 572 ft. lbs. of tq. and it was the ecm555 Dustin can re program the ecm555, If I was boosting a late model 350 mag with the ecm 555 I wouldnt even consider Procharger I think they are fine on older carbed stuff but if you want it to last go Whipple, if you have the hyper pistons I'd change those to forged or your running on borrowed time with that, I changed mine to forged dropped the compression to 8.8:1 along with aluminum heads running 6 lbs of boost, it's night an day different from stock.
