Default Donzi HIN questions

is there anywhere i can type in my HIN and it will give me info on the boat?

The best thing you can do is go on "The Donzi Registry" board and post the HIN and as much info as you can.
There are a few BoatFax type look ups but they will only give you the sales and damage history. Unfortunately the HIN doesn't give quite as much info as a car's VIN.

Breakdown of a HIN
The first three letters are the Manufacturer (DNA)
The next 5 are the serial number.
(Donzi uses 2 digits to signify the model and then 001,002,003, etc for production # that model.)
The last 4 are the date of certification.

By decoding my HIN, my boat was the 7th ZRC built and was certified in Feb. 2003.
When I ran the HIN through boat fax, it showed the hull was built in August 2002. (rigged in the fall and certified in Feb.)

What year boat? We have pretty complete records up to about 86ish, maybe 87 and would be happy to try and help! Link below...

its a center console, i 1990, not sure of lenght, no idea of any other details

Could be an F23, or one of the kinda Mako looking later versions. Pics would help.

i wet sanded and took off redone vynle stickers today.... underneath it all read F-21... i can send you pics if you give me your email, i cant post online

OK, the F-21 is the mako lookng model. Not a bad boat, what power do you have on it?
