Nice run buddy. What a commotion behind the boat from those props.
I would love to try a set around 31 or 32 pitch with my motors up around 3" above the bottom.
Hope to do some more testing in the coming months.
Boat looks awesome

Based on your speeds vs pitch in hot weather and on the limiters I would suspect you will see no difference in top end as you are on the limiters. If you can get some big props and based on what the other guys claim the DW's run you could possibly run in the upper 120's on a cold day with some very big props.
KAP ran 115mph. The 308's have seen an increase of anywhere from 10-15mph.
Believe me cooler temps, no humidty and some very cold water for the super charger will make her RIP!

Everything looks first class Daren! Of course you know I'm partial to those colors. I really liked the video of your Garmin screen while running, it's cool to watch what's going on as you're running the boat. Not many guys out there are willing to do that like we are - they all have something to hide I think! Lol You're boat is running excellent #s, and I'm certain, as you are, that there is more mph there still with bigger props. To be able to run those #s in a cat that size with a pair of outboards is pretty cool. And I'm certain over time that mother Mercury will have updates for these motors to add horsepower. How cool would it be to see 130 with your setup someday! I think it is a not-too-far-off reality for your rig......

This rig is the example for what a boat in this segment should be.
