6hrs + 4 guys = 24hrs
We need to know how much beer to finish the math for actual time working. LOL

Based on the typing skills of that post it appears I was already into the beers then. Very few beers were drank during that repair (8:00am-2:00pm). I'm sure they started around noon though.
Engine hatch, steering, drive, motor, transom assembly off.....repairs made......all of it back together and running on the hose before 2:00!!!!!

We also pulled one of my engines this summer. Found a broken pickup tube in the oil pan. Hatch, Steering, drive, engine out...accessories and oil pan off then made the repair.......everything back in and running on the hose in 4.5 hrs with 3 guys.

After 6 hours.....who's counting anyway!!! We get started early, cause anything done after about 2:00 needs to be check/inspected/or just plain re-done!!!
