A little white oil? some condensation? Heard this is common?

I wouldn't count on this being condensation. It sounds like you have leaky seals, which I think is pretty common on #6s.

Common?

It sounds like you have leaky seals, which I think is pretty common on #6s.

Not sure if it's the same but the #5's had steel shafts and it would cause the prop shaft seals to go bad. An easy fix was to add a stainless speed sleeve over the propshaft with some loctite to seal it.

Also check the nose cone: I understand that a heavy coat of sealant on the seal and threads may help.
