How hard is it to find them and how much more are they compared to the Std. Black XR?

Are you talking about Imco drives?? They can be had in silver and the SC is an XR on the inside??

about $50.........in paint and alot of labor.

I've never heard of them being made anything but black but you can tear them down and paint them whatever color you want (I've considered leaving my std XR lowers silver just for looks but went ahead and painted them black)

The Bravo XR with the sportmaster lower - the lower is silver, but not the whole drive....
