Sorry phone keys are hard on new cell phone. The prop has at the end of shaft itself a weird lock ring of some sort with 3 sets of 2 notch sections, then a little lower down a weird rig which is prob 2" in size with 10-12 notches??? What's up

Mine has a "lock nut" style nut on the shaft , and under it is the aluminum washer that has tabs to bend over to prevent it from loosening. You may need to get a prop puller tool (Overtons catalog) after you get the shaft nut off to remove the stuck prop. Also google "The Bravo Shop" this guy is very helpful and frequents MidwestBoatParty.com web site on the GearHead tab. Sorry I cant be of much more help Scott
