There is an RJ Marine in Fairfield. Run far away from that place!
Cheech,

Genuine curiosity....

I've not heard of either RJ or J-R, but..... Since Fairfield is relatively close to me, and there might one day be the possibility I might happen across them, looking for work done (I have not, to date), what is your issue with RJ Marine in Fairfield?

Thanks. Brad.

Keep it that way. LOL
Not my issue thank god. But anyone beware and anyone interested needs to be informed.
It's easy to transpose the RJ and J-R, I guess that's the deal unless Smitty275 has dealt with the RJ. No clue.

Robbie Jones Marine, nicknamed Rob You Jones.

Search Facebook, Ohio River Boat Party. Total shiitshow!
Numerous shady dealings and accusations by quite a few and claimed judgements.

Look for this guys boat and his unfortunate experience.
Don't know the guy in link or the Jones guy personally, but I do know someone personally entangled in his Shyster shiit.
The Classic 22 so far...

Cheech,

I've seen that boat on Caesar Creek several times. I'll have to stroll up to him some time and say hello.

Thanks. Brad.

What year of boat? The early Bravo outdrives did not have the plastic wear pads. The aluminum wears down over the years along with the gimble ring. I have welded up old drives so they were tight between the ring.

I believe the hull is a 94, I did not see the holes where the plastic rub ring seats. I suppose (lacking a welder and machining) we could just use a proper thickness piece of UHMW and glue it on.
