Default Sirius radio ID help

Anyone give me some help on getting the Sirius ID? It is a factory install on my Formula, but has never been activated I got what I thought was the number, came home(1.5 hr drive), went to the Sirius website and it said the number was invalid. What I plugged in, is in the pictures attached. I just put the two numbers together from the two screens.

My plan is to get this set up for the summer, and also saw that you can get a package for marine applications. I have a Garmin 741. Is connecting the Garmin to the Sirius difficult? I boat on inland lakes, so it is really not needed, but would be neat to have weather info. I do have a NMEA 2000 system installed that brings data from engines to the Garmin. I would think that this would be the input method.

any advice would be great. Thanks!
