Will a “V8-24” ICM work or do I need a “V-8-22”

It more than likely came with the 24. That seems to be the most common. The 22 was used on some 5.0/5.7 engines.

The 24 stops advancing timing at 3750 RPM or close to there. The 22 advances the timing through 4500 RPM.

The 24 will work fine.

use the V-6 modual set the top end timing and the high idle timing will run very smooth i think they advance 14

No reason to use a V6 module on a stock 350. A V6 module only gives about 10* of advance on a V8 engine and its at full advance at 1800ish rpms.
