Default Kiekhaefer chevy old school distributors

Having garage cleanout last few weeks
Came across these older chevy Kiekhaefer marine distributors/magneto's
cant find too much information about them ?
Can anyone fill me in?

Do they spin easy? if they do they are not mags. I can try to send picture to someone that may know

they appear to be locked up
although I haven't opened them up to have a look
will have a look in next few days and see whether I can locate a part number
juts thought someone may recognise the shape, etc

The part number wont work anywhere its very old.

One is revers rotation if its a magneto it will be a problem to convert.

the wires on the base look like a very early thunderbolt its to small to be a magneto
