25 Daytona extension box

Is or has anyone tried running an extension box on a 25 Daytona? The Stelling unit shown in the new Powerboat Mag has me curious about performance gains.

I am, not sure if it gained me anything on top, but it does handle better. flies strait instead of having the nose come up.
