choped a hole in the deck this week. not really rocket science here. just made a template out of quarter inch plywood and hot glued it to the deck. i used a rotozip to do the cutting. does a real nice job but you have to use the tile bits and take your time, the regular bits overheat instantly and dont work at all. the cross hatch marks on the tape tell me where the bulkheads are. its amazing how stiff the deck remained even with the center ridge board cut. just for safety sake i bonded the deck and hull center boards together. after all . . . i hear LOTO gets pretty ruff

also took some time to fine tune any stress cracks i could find. dont want those coming through my paint job . there were a few around the deck and hatch. just about all the holes are filled now just needing some finish work on a few. and i installed a really cool drink cup holder in the bow for when ya beach it
