marin068- i will be posting some detailed pics of the windscreen process. as sean said it is just dow board hot glued on for mock up purposes only. this is basically a riser to mount tha base of the new wind screen and only has to come up about 2 inches or so. i decided to use a Coosa composite panel for its core. here is a link to their website Coosa composites its about $400.00 dollars for the one sheet of 2 inch Bluewater20 that i will be using. this will be covered with 1808 bi-ax and bonded

i think i'd like to stay some where on the north west side of Houston
