I just recently read that whole thread and found it very fascinating. This is something I've had interest in for a while and have thought about messing around with. The more I understand, the more I appreciate what people do. I really appreciate your help.

I went into the deal somewhat blind. A mutual friend told me I could trust the guy and confirmed it was a good price so I went with it. I did expect the entire bottom would be back to new condition but have since learned from Category5 and a few locals that I would have had to pay alot more for that job. (Apparently I got what I paid for so I'm satisfied that at least I didn't get the shaft)
Good luck getting yours fixed..if yu pay someone just make sure you discuss EVERY spot to be fixed up front.

Will do. After reading this thread I thought it might even be a good idea to use a dry-erase marker and circle the spots to be worked on. Take a digital pic for documentation. Just a thought. Glad its working out for you.
