Default Chrome coming off sticks

My Fountain has chrome Gaffrig sticks, which look nice. However, it is coming off from contact with my hand. Any suggestions on what type of shop would do the re-chroming. Or, does Graffig make a cover? Anyone run into this problem?

Any local chrome shop should be able to re-chrome tem for you. Remove, disassemble and take the parts to the shop.

I called Livorsi Marine and they sell the caps for $12 each. Not a bad alternative. Thanks for your replies.
