Got mine thru Speedwake. Now I is a supporter.

Not sure about the other places that carry WF, but SW keeps a stock of it themselves. I originally just figured SW was just a middle man only relaying the orders.

I apologize for the shipping problems. We terminated our contract with our distributor this week, so we are back on track!

I appreciate your support and we value the reputation we have built with our customers over the years as providers of excellent customer service and products.

So does getting "back on track" mean you will correct past mistakes??

Just a reminder...you can always order products from Doller Offshore Marine. They carry our complete line and offer OSO discounts.

www.dolleroffshore.com

We apologize for any shipping problems you may have encountered recently. We are working with a new distribution system and should not see any more of the same.

I JUST ORDERED WF ONLINE AND IT SAID THIS????

Your order has been received but is not yet complete. You will need to speak with a customer service representative in order to finalize your order. Please call Jessie Buckman @ 757-460-4036 or 866-373-6992

WHY WOULD I HAVE TO DO THAT, AND OF COURSE ITS SATURDAY AND THERE IS NO ONE THERE
