Default Kevlar

ocassionaly i will see a thread on how to identify what Kevlar looks like and thought i would post some pics. this is an older Excaliber that i have in the shop for some glasswork. this pic shows what it looks like when you take a grinder to it. it basically knocks the resin out of the fibers leaving it all fuzzy and somewhat intact. there is no mistaking kevlar when you grind it, fuz fuz fuz.
