Great job. I did the same thing 2 years ago when I needed a throttle mount for my little cat project. Carved up some cheap foam I got from HD then just glassed over it, I used epoxy so it didn't eat at the foam. The carbon fiber is in with epoxy as well. Then I just hogged out as much foam as I could then dumped acetone in to clean out the rest.

Default Gauge rims

I will be using the mustard bezels to accent the stainless rims. By the way I had a 28zx and loved it, it had a blown 502 and 700 hp. More pic later. VV

What did it cost to have the rims changed? I have purple now and would like stainless.

Thanks Paul

Finally found the time to finish my gauge pod and Livorsi Monster gauge swap, I also changed the switches to black to match the black gauges. Now all that is left is the install back in the Velocity 320.

Default pod

I have found that star board is amazing to work with. The finish isnt as bright as f glass but it is as workable as wood !
