it sounds like hand sanding a 32' deck surface 5 times would be a living nitemare.. im going to try the leverage stuff and a buffer and if that doesnt do it, ill just throw some wax on it and call it good.. I cant imagine the amount of hours it would take to do this boat handsanded 5 times..

I finally wet sanded mine by hand after 5 years of polishing and waxing, and I am just a DIYer and I wish I would have done it four years ago sounded harder than it actually was for me. I think I used 1000 grit.
