Reparing Screw holes ....
what's the best product to use? 2 senerios ... one is the holes are stripped holding the controls and trim switch plates ...... 2nd is machine screws hold gauge panels down ...they screwed into small brass inserts in the dash ...some of those are gone and the holes are not round anymore ...looks like the inserts busted out of the dash ....m

epoxy an hardwood toothpicks for small holes and epoxy and westsystem 404 for larger ones. let it cure for a week or so before you re drill it though. do you have enough room to offset the panel a bit and get into fresh glass or can you through bolt with a 10-24?

When I had some stripped screw holes in the fiberglass holding down my gauge panel, I got some strips of aluminum about a 1/4" thick and drilled and tapped it for a machine screw, then I
epoxied it under the stripped hole in the fiberglass. I repaired
about a half a dozen holes like this last year and it worked great.
