Polyester is much easier to work with in my opinion. I can not stand working with epoxy not only because it takes so long to kick. But also washing it with water is a pain. With poly mix what you need give it a couple hours sand grind etc wipe it with some acetone and your good to go again. like others have said above the fairing will be the hardest part.

The biggest problem with the polyester is post cure and shrinkage .
Do the glass work then heat it and let it cool a few times prior to fairing . A heat lamp will suffice .

vinylester resin is the answer.
this resin along with the correct cloth should help. the work in the photo's looks like a body guy on steriods did it. the primer is a dead give away. "Prime it and see what it looks like"?
