If you are running 1.5 drives, that is 71 mph at 4500 and 25" pitch. 63 equates to 11% slip which is not bad for a straight bottom heavy deep vee.
Ask about props, I believe labbing them helps them to cut into the water easier allowing you to spin them faster. All the blades are also made the same so they all push the same as opposed to one doing the most work and another the least.
If it allows your motors to unload up to 4800 rpm, that would be 68mph at the same 11%. Big if, call someone that knows what the heck they are talking about if you are really interested. How fast are your 454's supposed to spin? Is 4800 or 5000 within reason?

I was told by many experienced people , it would be ok to run them to 4800 rpm even 5000 rpm ,don't want to o over that. Do you think slip would stay the same at 11% if I go up in rpm?

The other thing to consider is you are using the GPS in your phone.
My hand held Garmin had us at 65 the last time you Tom and I were out.

Anyways i think I can still squeeze around 400 rpm more out of these big blocks with the right set up, so let's say I lab the 25p mirages, how many more rpm should I get?

I just purchased a 1990 272 with twin big blocks just before superstorm sandy hit the east coast. While going out for a test ride we hit 70 MPH, but ran out of real estate. From what I was told the motors have 420Hp with Bravo 1 out drives turning 25p mirages . Wasn't driving so not sure of the RPM but once the bay is cleaned up will let you know

The phone is trying to hook up with ground stations while the Garmin is totally satellite. The phone can't compete...but you can't talk on the Garmin LOL

I just had my boat at LOTO and we hit 63mph at 4300rpm with 23p quicksilver cleavers half tank of fuel or a little less no tabs and trimmed up as much as I could without getting the props out of the water!!! Light chop on water and no wind and cool temps!! 93 octane fuel! It was a perfect day for making some speed!!!

If you are set on using your phone for GPS speeds you can try getting an external device that connects to your phone. I think bad elf is one company that makes one which I think Navionics recommends.
Diego here is a picture of it,
