What is the proper way to touchup the window frame where the bimni top has scratched the finish off. Is this finish powdercoat or paint? Haven't heard from our Formula rep. lately "hello"?

Thanks for the reply. We can't be the only ones with this problem. I'll let you know if I here anything and yes that is the documented name of my boat I thought I was being original at the time but have heard of several since naming it.

Your windshield frame is aluminum with a painted finish (I don't recall it being powder coated). I believe that the boys in TAG keep a few cans of spray paint out in the warehouse. If they don't have any left, I believe they have a Sherwin Williams paint number (I think we had one of our buyers get it mixed and packaged in aerosol cans!).
Call one of the boys at 219-724-1412, and they'll give you a part number and a dealer you can order it through.

Just to close this one out, I called the TAG line and found out that the paint is $50 a spray can. My windshield does not look that bad, I'll fix it when it's time to trade it in for that 383 with the stainless windshield frame
