FMV of 280ss
I am hoping to get a little help pricing my 280ss. If there is anybody with a used boat value book or a dealer that could help me I would really appreciate it. I've looked on the internet and it was no help.
Here's the main details: 2000 280ss, t/5.7efi-b3, transom shower, depth, vhf, bow lights, cd, tabs, bimini, cockpit cover, pumpout, 300 hours, trailer excellent condition. No power, refrig, or microwave.
Thanks for any help.

Re: FMV of 280ss
The boat is located at Lake Cumberland in south central Kentucky. It is still available. Its always been kept on a trailer (bunk, alum.) and after use I always wipe it down. I've got it listed on boat trader for $65,900. My girlfriend only wishes I paid as much attention to her as I do to it. It really is in excellant condition. The only bugs is a trim indicator that doesn't read correctly and an inconsistant depth finder.

NADA.com has it in the mid-to-high $50K's for average retail. So, you are probably OK with your asking price. $59,900 would tend to move it along a bit faster.

Re: FMV of 280ss
We just closed on a 2003 with twin 4.3/Alphas, very good condition, no trailer, for 65k. Yes, its worth more with 5.7's and a trailer, but then again its three years older. Also, the lack of shore power hurts it. In my opinion, mid-to-high fifties is all the nickles.
