I want to replace the main dash panel where the bracket PEM studs broke off the back. I want to lay out the guages in the exact same pattern your factory panel was ... speedo and tachs up, 4 lower right, 4 lower left. I think I can get the holes layed out and cut here if you have a blank with the PEM studs in it already.

I took a look tonight and I have a new panel with the PEMs installed, and NO gauge cut outs at all...painted gloss white. You need the thingy-mo-bob that goes between the studs (from your panel)
