I would prefer a late model "wave crusher" than has been updated (vinyl, carpet, paint, graphics, etc.) for under $40K

I would also like to see boats that are "mechanically sound" but could use some updating for under $30K

So Clay, are you selling the Bullet or expanding your boat stable? Good luck either way, Formulas are nice boats and have a better interior for sure. Cockpit also, but I would not say a better wave crusher than what you have, although for most it would be a close call. I have friends with a 242, 292 & a 382. All are happy.

Apologize up front if some think I'm bashing on the Formula site. I'm not. Just that a 311 and a Bullet are equals in the rough. IMHO

BTW, Clay. Miss your Claymate posts.

Default 311 GPS speeds

Last day of boating for me this year, went out and finished off the fuel in the tank. Stock 365's with Gil exh. Cool day, light chop, 2 people, light on fuel. Stock bravo 1 props, 26 inch pitch. 68 mph @ 4900 rpm.

Default wtb 311

the wife says I can buy another boat, a 311 seems to fit. Anyone want to sell their late 80's for a reasonable ( its coming out of my hide) price? email buckknekkid@ hotmail.com

There is one for sale at my marina in Pensacola, FL. It has been updated and even has a gen with A/C. I saw it listed on boattrader. I think asking $39k
