Default 311 SR-1 Cuddy Door Part Deux

OK . . . what I think is I am dealing with 2370 Bronze Plexiglass in a 1/2 inch thickness . . . anyone ever purchased any of it? My local plastics dealer says no can do on the thickness. Anyone? Anyone? I am not happy with a cracked door.

Norva Plastics in Norfolk Va made mine for my 272 . (1/2" thick bronze acrylic cabin door) phone # 757-622-9281 {norvaplastics.com} I had it made in 6/06 for $169.00 I hope thats helps you.

I have been looking at this material and it is like $500 a sheet . . . which sucks- did you do the whole door or just a piece of it? I imagine the whole door will have to be done because it won't match . . . old boats are super cool . . . .

I did the top in 05 matched fine .I am having the top made again i cracked it last week $ 150.00

Try Jeff at Allied Plastics in Toledo. You never know ... maybe you will get lucky and he will have a small piece of that laying around in his shop!

you might try Regal Plastics in North Kansas City. they made a cabin door for me years ago for under 100. Even had a bend in it. i just gave them the broken one and they matched it perfectly.
