Default New Shifter! I stripped it!

Does anyone know where I can get a new shifter? The plastic ring inside that connects to the shaft is stripped. My boat is a 86 formula 242ls.
Thanks guys.

I belive it is a quicksilver. It has the button on the base to shift into neutral and the drive control at the very top.

Thanks

At this point you may want to think about coverting to a twin lever shifter. If you look around you can pick one cheap, and put new cables on and it will update your rig a little.
