In 97 I saw a 31PC with 454 mags at a local boat show.....dealer "claimed" it did 57 w/ BIII's. Never found out if it did but for 2-3 years I dreamed of owning one. Great boat, you shouldn't have any trouble moving it. (It's a FORMULA!!!! )

57 is a little bit of a stretch, but not much! My nickname for the old bodystyle 31PC with big motors is the "Hotrod of the PC fleet". No matter what the load you were guaranteed low 50's at WOT! The new style is a lot heavier, but still a fast boat for a cruiser.

Not yet, boat is on the Tennessee river,he is bringing it to Smith Lake this weekend. I know what he wants for it and it's too much,I know what I need to put in it which he may not accept. If we put a deal together I will just pass it thru at what I put in it to move it quick, but it's too early to know what that will be. Will post here first. I think this is a pretty nice boat,1st year or 2 salt water but rack stored and properly maintained,no bottom paint, after that all fresh water.Stay tuned. The old style 31PC's were neat boats,I used one as a demo several years ago, kind of a cruiser semi hotrod.
