Default Struggling with SR1 dash switch ideas

The blower switch took a dump, the bilge pump switch feels like it's not far behind, so I'm in the market for switches.
I haven't pulled 'em out yet so I don't know what the terminal layout is. But I found Cole Hersee (Formula OEM I think)switches that have 4 screw terminals to accomodate different lighting options. The $16 switch has a white handle that turns red.
Then there's Sierra switches that don't have the screw terminals, but they're lighted tips on black handles or maybe some with red handles similar but not identical to OEM. Not having screw terminals really sucks since I hate working with wires.
I know at some point I'll want to update the dash entirely and I have no idea what switches I'll use then. So I'm undecided as to whether to get a cheap toggle for now, start looking at switches I'll use in the long run, some other idea...

Yeah, I've been reading your old posts too where you drilled out the slide-on tabs to keep the screw-ins. Hopefully drilling holes will be easier than stripping & crimping...

Geez...now I see why there's no real good discussion on changing these things. I'm sure these are like nothing else out there.
Noticed the entire steering helm is loose too...what a day to be messing with stuff.

Screw it, as long as it runs I'm going out this weekend...
