Thanks JB,

The people are easy to deal with that is for sure. When she sent me the info package it came with the schematic drawing of how they needed the boat to be measured. Seemed like a lot of work , But if you want a "custom cover" I guess that is what you have to do. Do you trailer with that on? And how long have you had it? How long do you think it will hold up?
For the price it should out last everyone.

I called this morning .... Do you know what model you have ? Is it a "styled to fit" or a "custom cover" ..... the reason I ask is with their manufactur / model "look up system" online they recommend an "styled to fit" in their poly-guard (best fabric) for my boat for $432.00 sounds to good to be true. They maintain it will fit perfectly and I could trailer with it if I wanted to. Comes with a 5yr warranty. Does sound possible?

Jeff, My cover is three yrs old and still looks & works good. Not able to be used for trailering, if I do not use straps to tie down the cover the wind would blow it right off. I wish it was a tighter fit to be able to cover the boat when it sits in the water at my slip.

Styled to fit boat cover Formula Fastech 353 '97-03

Fit is excellent, doesn't weigh a ton like the OEM cover
Won't get the opportunity to tow with it until spring.

I was hoping you were going to say that ..... Does it cover your swim platform?
I went and ordered one from iboats.com $532.00 delivered.
They had a fabric called outdura which is to equal sunbrella both are acrylic. The only draw back was my colour choice was black ..... but it will work .... i was thinking about black anyway. Oddly enough though i had to order 1 size larger because of the swim platform on the 311s were an after the fact measurement in '88.
These were alot cheaper then the prices i was being quoted for "custom covers"
I sent you a pm.

Thanks again for you help !!

Jeff

P.S. thanks to everyone for all there input regarding the covers.
