Do a search in this forum. Lot's of previous discussion/opinions on the subject. I have the same boat but XZ drives. Some guys are getting as high as 77 and some are getting as low as 70. Depends on alot of factors/options/conditions. No "easy" upgrades that will achieve more than 1-2mph which isn't really worth the effort. My $0.02 = Run it as is and have a good time.

People say that the boxes add 2-3mph, not sure how much they cost. I added 3300 whipples at the 300hr service and I'm not sure how much I got out of those.....I never changed the 80mph speedo and that certainly gets pegged. The drives are now XR too, and they use more HP (I know because I ran for one summer with one being XZ and the other being XR.....and you could see the RPM difference at WOT).

Boxes cost thousands and installation ain't cheap either. That's alot for 2 mph. Like I said, there ain't any "easy" speed upgrades like you asked for. You could try to blueprint the bottom or reprogram the computers on the engines (maybe 10hp) or remove weight from the boat but all of these may not add up to more than 1-2mph...
Now if you don't mind spending $5-10K or even $20K then you have some decent options. You can rebuilt your engines to 600hp .... or do what Nort did and put on the whipples (my fav).
Most engine builders will tell you to leave those 500EFI's alone. They are good engines. If you want more HP have them rebuilt to 600hp by someone like Pfaff. Will cost about $8-10K per engine. Or add whipples for similar price.
Good luck.
