White Power Seat / Foot Rest Switches
Without thinking I bought a white replacement bolster seat switch for my 99 382 instead of the black one .
Unfortunately the white one looks a lot better than the other 3 black ones so I would like to replace them all. The problem, aside from the $30.00 ea. for the switch is that the White switch will not fit in the black bezel.
I have a manufacturing business and can easily make a bezel that will fit the original mounting holes but I need some demand to amortize the tooling price, and to get the switches for a reasonable cost.
If anyone would like to join me in this project let me know and I will see what I can put together.

The black switch snaped into in a 2 1/8 X 2" black plastic square with 4 mounting holes . The white switch is larger and will not fit into the same piece. If you are telling me that Formula already has a white plastic square with the same mounting holes then I am wasting my time trying to reinvent the wheel.

I am missing something here. What surface mounted ones? Are not these mounted like the black ones? If the mounting holes are the same I would be glad to take them off your hands

Pretty sure his will fit right back in the same screw holes you have...if not, I'll take them and put them in my boat!!!

there have been two "styles" of switch offered in the Mcleods.
A "surface" mount (stock in my '02) where the rocker switch itself teeter-totters above the bezel plane...
and these later style ('04 -up) "flush" rockers where nothing is above the plane of the bezel.
