I replaced the ladder on my 312 and as I recall it only cost $400-$450 from the local dealer. I believe the ladders are the same on the 312, 353 and the 382. If so, I think I still have the original ladder. The bottom rung was bent. If I still have it around your welcome to it.

You are correct. It is part #8498,but it is expensive.Retail is $995.58. Even with a discount,still not cheap.It is a custom made ladder,made to Formula specs,in small quantities. The newer Windline ladders are more generic,thus cheaper to build. The 382 ladder is a complicated,tri fold ladder,built to spec,and is quite expensive.

I replaced it with the same ladder as was originally on the boat. It's also identical to the ladder on my 353. I purchased it from the dealer in Phx.
I really thought I paid + - $450.00 but maybe this is just a case of my brain blocking out the bad memories. Paying over $800 for a ladder would absolutely be a bad memory.
