Dave, nice boat. What was that coax outlet used for? Also, my plan over the winter is to upgrade the stereo in my 303. I already did the head unit, but want to add a sub or two and replace the speakers in the factory locations. Where did you mount your sub(s)?

(Sorry for the thread-jack.)

'96 303, 460 HP 454's, labbed 26" Bravo I's, full fuel, 2 dudes weighing a combined 500 lbs., 75 MPH GPS. I believe a 12-pack of Bud Select was in the fridge as well!

Coax was run back to where the shore cord connected with another wall plate. We have cable at our dock...TV!

As for the subs, I have attached a picture of where I mounted mine. This were not just mounted, but in a custom made speaker box to spec for the sub. They were 12" Memphis SQ series subs and sounded awesome!

I've got 2 10" subs in the back seat - planning on adding a third one in the center next year. These boats do not have much room in them, and I didn't want to take up too much storage. I also added a third battery under the seat. Even with that, I still have room for my box anchor.

My '92 (same as '95 hull) runs 42mph at 3050rpm, and 51mph at 3450-3500rpm. Props are 24p labbed 4-blade.

I like the speed results you guys have, can anyone tell me how it compares to the 312? the prices arent far apart, also I thinnk I would go with a early year 303 if I did it the dash's look better then the later model years I wanna say 95/96 and the 92-94 are like my dash in my 271 the real trick is finding one w/o the pinklike my 271[IMG][/IMG]
