the drive indicator is in the middle slot and the outside slots are
empty.
if possible, i'd like to use the same indicator gauge and just add
the trim tab indicators to the outer slots.

The outer ones are for you tabs. So if you have K-planes then you are set. All you have to do is call gaffrig and ask them to sell you the pointers and the cables and the addaptors for your k-planes and you will have a full array of info.

, just refinished the engine compartment & added full hydraulic helm (steering) with Marine Machine ext cylinder. Awesome stuff they make!.....reinstall engine (Gee...which one....blown or unblown???)
Then sell the boat & spend the summer learning to drive my new (2 me) 312 fastec twin blown engine "lake cruiser" !! It get's delivered in April.
I don't know if I can stand it or not, I guess I'll just have to bear up under the pressure!

You'll be luck to get two out of six done.

I had my ECM reprogrammed by Energized Fuel Injection and I bought a K&N filter with the billet adapter from Rex Marine. Also I have a Hydromotive 4 blade prop to try this spring. Hey M2 what are you running for power in your boat? I have a 1999 271 with a 502 running a labbed (local prop shop) Bravo 1 26p.

Formula271
Power is a 500hp carb, running the factory Bravo 1 24p. I just had it labbed (at a local prop shop) and haven't tested it yet.
Runs 68mph all day whatever the conditions or load. 70mph (GPS) is tops when conditions are perfect. Hope the labbed prop will help it see 70 regularly.
