Formula Owners MUST Know about this!!
WOW!! I'll tell you, the support team at the factory is just UNBELIEVABLE!! Three thumbs up at the factory. Boilerdaddy, what can I say! I must share with all other owners. A question from a prospective buyer came up about my 1986 F 206LS that I'm selling. I e-mailed Boilerdaddy on Saturday with a question. When I checked my mail Monday morning, low and behold, there was a response by 8:20 am!!! With a few more e-mails and a phone call, I had my answer by NOON!! That, my fellow Formula owners, is what I call SERVICE. This wasn't about a new boat, but a 1986 Formula. How much money did that make them? Probably not too much. The lack of Service after the sale these days makes me a skeptic sometimes. Not with Formula, I'm even more happy now then when I bought my 303 Formula last fall. Is this what we can all expect all the time?!? KUDOS Factory Formula and Thanks again!!

I too have a F-206 LS. 1988 vintage.
Formula's customer service is top notch.
I posted a comment in a previous thread about what props we were running. I wrote that I thought I still had the origial factory prop on my boat. Boilerdaddy mentioned that I might have the wrong prop and offered to check.
The question wound up going to two other people (engineers?) at Formula before I had my answer. They even e-mailed me a copy of the brochure from when the boat was new.
That was above and beyond what I expected.
The prop I have was the wrong one.
Thanks again to Boilerdady and the other two gentleman at Formula.

Yes this is what I think we have all come to know when dealing with Formula. I asked them about the Light control on my 302 and they looked for one for me and found it!!!! I could not believe it!!! Also as early as yesterday Boilerdady seems to have found me some literature with the old paint sceems for my boat. I am psyched as it is going to help me decide what to do with it.
Formula two big thumbs up for your effort!!!

Kudos from South Louisiana also B-Daddy. Our nearest dealer is Trail Marine in Orange Beach, Alabama , but between Nancy in the parts department at Trail, myself and your guys at the factory, we always seem to come up with the right parts for my '89 311. Just today I ordered a small dash light bezel that got lost during a rough poker run last year. Trivial little part but crap like that bothers me. No problem for the team. Having one drop shipped this week to me in Baton Rouge. Nancy invoices me and I mail her a check. Voila! Here's hoping I can talk the little lady into a 382 in the next couple years!
