Default Military rocker switch trim, tans, trailer

Does anyone know where to find the old style rocker switch covers? The ones I have found have the holes in the four corners where the cover connects to the switch. I have the older style with just on set of holes in the middle.

Might resort to just painting them, has anyone done this and have it hold up?

I painted mine a few years ago and it’s holding up pretty good.
Some paint it’s starting to wear off the bolster switches but overall they look good.
you can buy just the plastic covers. Not sure where.
