I have been looking for about a year , I think it depends on condition, It seems like the nicer ones bring more money I know of a 93 for 33
a 98 for 50K
and I have seen 91,s as high as 45k
let me know how you make out a good clean fresh water boat can be tough to find

Just a thought.......I know where a 272 1989 twin 330hp that is in good condition, interior and gell coat. but needs attention to the drives and steering for less than $25 on a new trailer if interested.
I think around 300 hrs on tach.
If interested PM me

I,m looking for any year that I can buy for around 25 to 30K, I would step up for the right boat, I really like the bucket seat that 360, as we HANG out alot, I can,t seem to bring myself over the 50K mark, The last new boat I purchased was 1988. We are going to go to the Atlantic city show and SEE what we can find

surfacetension , yes thats the one.
he will still have it a year from now at that price in my opinion.
theres one in Ca. also but its in kinda ruff shape.
asking 35k for it.

Havasu Hangin went and looked at it for me and says its a 6 out of 10.

the search continues

surfacetension, Collins Marine Tonowanda (Buffalo) has '93 271 brokered boat. Just what your looking for! 465 H.P. (forerunner to the 500), loaded otherwise also. Bucket seats, canvas (including mooring cover), 1996 vanguard trailer, 165 hrs. Listed @ 38K, I'll bet 33.5K would buy it. 716-875-6000 is their #. I had seen it surfing earlier today, then saw your thread here. The picture shows it on a lift! Good sign! Low hours! Nothing I'm interested in, and I have no connection to them or the boat. Just thought I'd pass it along.

lotoparty, Collins also has a '98 271 brokered. 385 HP, all the usual Formula stuff, 130 hrs. Looks like a rack storage situation to me, but the pictures are scanned so it's hard to tell how mint it is. To find the pictures, search for 2000-2001 31' Formula on boattrader, collins has a 31PC on there then click on their "online showroom". The graphic on the '98 is a sharp one, I just can't remember the name of the graphic or what they called that color combo. I think it's "Bermuda/Splash", it's sharp. $48K on it, but it's a buyers market certianly if your buyin' clean outright. Good luck to both of you! I'd be willing to bet these are both FW only boats.
