Thanks, yours is really sharp too. you can really tell when a boat is cared for!
Weell, Had a little cam problem last summer so while the motor was apart, I at the risk of divorce steped up to the plate and made some crucial decisions like to port an polish with a 3 angle valve job, Manley 1piece valves on the heads, punched it .030 JE 700 pistons 9.5 to 1 and Comp cams ground a new cam, not obsene but noticably different. motor spins 5300 with 23 labbed mirage runs very strong. If I can get all my dead weight off and less than a 50 gallons on board it will gps 69. The hull is a extremly heavy hull for its size so I am really pleased with that.

Sorry about the delay in answering- but- "The Sonic" 31SS
It will have (being assembled now)
2- 468's & very special... forged & full roller, 2.25 intakes, custom cams (Crower), rectangular port heads, Team G manifolds, 1050 Dominators, n/a & 650hp each
2- 2001 Bravo ones's 1.36 gears
Lightning headers... going to be a "Bad Boy" !!
Actually I considered removing my Procharged 454 Mag EFI's from my 312 Fastech & putting these motors in the Formula.... but that would have wrecked any resale value on it I think. But it would have run great!!

They are Moroso's...Im running the L31Vortec Heads. They are the centerbolt style. They are the only valve covers I could find that are made for the late model heads and made to clear roller rockers...
