Default Has anyone tried to remove this panel

.... to access the bow light wiring and water fill ? I want to mount a flush GPS antenna on the deck and I have seen the new boats with them mounted neat the tip of the bow. Didn't want to tear it off and then find out theat there was an easier way to remove the panel.
Thanks.

That panel on my 336 and my 272 before it just pulled out from the bottom. There's a bolt that sticks up at the top that fits into a hole in the deck and the bottom just pushes in until it's flush. It's kind of a pressure fit and is held in more by the v-berth cushion.

My 272 is attached via velcro and comes right off. My 357s is more of a pressure fit like powerguy said but it also comes right off. I think if you p-lay around with it a little bit you'll find a way to easily remove it.

Just like Bill said, pops right out from the bottom.

My 311 is the same, just kind of pops out at the bottom, tilt it and out it comes. I swapped to a white bow light from the original chrome. Easy......

Thanks all. Is there a best way to run a wire from this area up to the dash?
