Hey I'd love to. I'm actually from right down the road (Tulsa) and am heading to Grand Lake on May 26th. Ever make it up to Grand?

Yes, Lost my wallet there about 3 years ago with $700 cash in it. My dive partner and I plan on a weekend of diving that spot

Actually we are going to spearfish for spoonbill later this year.

When the boat is done I will be up there more often, also on Texoma.

Prater, I have an '83 that is quite similar to yours. If you need any pictures of mine to help out let me know.

Very cool. I don't make it to Texoma much but I do to Grand. Give me a call if you're around.

tach3, Thanks. When time gets closer I will be asking for interior pics. Is yours a single or dual outdrive?? I am thinking of converting mine to duals. If I find rot in the transom and have to replace I will go duals.

Wow! Big project. The holes in the transom are TRS for sure. Whats your budget on this project??? I have Bravo set up used and a 502 EFI. As for your windshield there is a place in LA California that build custom framed windshields. Steve

offduty, My budget is low so I am bartering for some of the parts. It will not be a fast project, just when I have some extra $$ to get what I need. I already have the engine at the machine shop a 412MPI Small block. Most of the body work and paint will be done by me and a few friends. I just have to get a few things finished on my house before I really get started.

I usually drive to Grand. It was only 5 hours when I lived in Dallas. But, now I moved to San Antonio I'm looning at an 11 hour trip. So, I don't get up there nearly as much anymore.
