Aside from Troutly's scary comment on orientation
Robert, Have you run that Sport yet?
What was the gang at Formula sayin' it'll run?

I would think the ac unit would break in under the v-berth, if you boat in rough water. I would rather see the ac unit under the sink (if it would fit). Just my .02

I had thought of the undersink location also in the interest of not loosing storage. I have to disagree about where the softest ride for the unit would be. The softest ride is over the sharper forward entry rather than to one side amidships. Those side impacts in rough water are taken much harder than any impact forward, over the entry.
Also keeps the wieght centered over the keel.

Re: 353 Sport at Miami Boat Show
Tried to run the Sport last week but minor glitch in one engine reared it's ugly head and we didn't have time to plug in the scan tool to find the problem.Hope to bring it back home in a few days and give a full report. I think 73-74 GPS is not out of the question, will soon see.

I've had a crank sensor go bad, and an electric fuel pump in 97 hours. The sensor is a known issue of some bad ones out there in '01 and early '02 builds, the fuel pump was a suprise.
Otherwise the boats' run like a watch...
