Re: Big Big Problems......need Advice!
If you disconnect the battery negative cable and see sparks when you reconnect it; you have a drain. Computers for EFI motors can create a drain as well as some stereo and electronic equipment. These should not drain the batteries in days but can over SEVERAL weeks. Start disconnecting or isolating items to check for the drain. Disconnect the engine harness from the engine connector, make sure the cabin electronics are not draining, check the bilge circuit and make sure the alternator is charging properly.
Good luck.
Good luck.

once your mechanic gets your motor started, have him put a voltmeter across your batteries -- will be reading 13 to 14 volts if alternator is working - with engine off, voltage will drop to at or just over 12 volts
do both motors have alternators and separate battery circuits ???

Re: Big Big Problems......need Advice!
just a suggestion --- with two alternators, I would measure voltage on each motor charge circuit separately to compare to each other.
Measure one motor at a time with motor running then with motor not running -- obviously both should act the same -- 13 to 14 volts with motors running -- around 12 when not
