Help Drive Trim Problem
I posted this in the tech section but thought maybe a fellow fountain owner had experienced this.
Here's a strange 1. Twin fountain stock drive trim. When the drives are place in forward (don't know about reverse) and the throttles are advanced slightly past idle, the drives will not trim. Both trim normally both individually and on the throttle when in neutral or at idle in forward. Any guess?

Re: Help Drive Trim Problem
Have you checked the voltage at the pumps when they are operating. It is a little unusual that both drives are doing the same thing.

Re: Help Drive Trim Problem
I would first check the wiring that comes out of your throttle, on mine the trim wire comes out of the handle then to the both switch then through diodes for individual operation. Maybe the wire from the handle is getting pinched on acceleration???? Check it with the engine off move the handle slightly check voltage through this operation should find the problem... Good luck keep us posted on your progress.
