Props for a 29 w/ Twin 454
I am wanting to upgrade the props on my Fountain but do not know what pitch to buy. I currently have the stock (I assume) 3 blade bravo props and am getting about 69mph gps out of her. I am wanting 4 blade but do not have the time or money to go through props trying to find the best one. Has anyone done this and if so, can you recommend the right props for my boat.
Thanks
Thanks

You Can Call Mercury And Ask For Tech Support Called Last Year With Questions And They Were Very Helpful Or You Can Go To Mercury.com And They Have A Prop Guide That May Work For You

I found the spinelli prop to be the fastest on my 27 Fountain. I would definitely go 4 blade, say a 26 Bravo 1.

Non-Step???? Non steps have a hard time lifting the bow on a 4 blade. We've found they always run better on a three blade or a round ear 4 blade. If you run a 4 blade and find you need more trim to fly the bow remember you're puting more stress on the drives.
