Re: Check out Fountain carpet mats on e-bay
Thanks guys, I'm actually making these out of carpet. I own a carpet store and used to be an Installer. I'm cutting the emblem out of one color and inserting it in the other color. Its actually quite a process and would be pointless at these prices if I wasn't doing it in my down time in the store. I can try to do others if there not to intricate and I dont want to mess with anything trademarked or copywrited.
I also made a red on black and gray on black bowtie(chevy) that look cool. E-mail me a design and I'll check it out. These rugs actually look a lot better in person. The purple one is awsome. Of course my boat has purple on it. [email protected]. JC

Did the Cigarette too for a friend of mine's top gun.

HEY thats cool, I haven't done any in a while, I bought the jig saw that cuts throught multi layers awhile ago but up here in NEW ENGLAND all the designers want the witon 27'' goods that we end up sewing seams every 27 or 36'' .then the home owners are what the f..... is that . now I am in limbo between operations so I can't push anything myself. my wife will be doing hand tuffed or tuffed machine rugs and carpets full time after my knee replacement I hope before spring, she works with one of the best mills in the world, stark and others have used them at one time but there having them made in china now and they suck . I have seen a few its like ours being OL AND THEM BEING BAYLINER and they charge twice as much as her, she a silk job 500sq ft there price was 60,000 hers 26,000 and another co. price on a wool 14x21 area rug was 30,000 she was 17,600 so I know her prices are good and these are wholesale not retail to the designer. so I hope to be pushing rugs instead of laying soon comp sucks.

Sorry about the knee, I've been lucky after 25 years of playing with carpet. I still Install once in a while in one of my rentals or a bedroom here and there.
I sold a couple of rugs on Sat. I have my assistant doing some of the cut out for me so I can speed up the process. I'm a couple behind, which I appreciate. Thanks, JC
